| There are several blackjack games you can play online, but they all have a very similar structure. Blackjack games all have the one perfect hand, “blackjack.” This is truly the hand of champions. It is a ten point card combined with an eleven point ace card. This card is worth 21 points and, barring a tie with the dealer, is an automatic winner. | All blackjack games give you two options after you receive your cards. You can hit (add more cards to try and improve your hand), or you can stand (stay with the same cards). Blackjack games also bind the dealer to very strict guidelines. If a the dealer's hand is 17 or more, he must stand. If it is 16 or less, he must hit.
These online blackjack rules apply to all blackjack games, but if you play online, it is easy to find blackjack games with slight variations. The player should also know all his hand signals and keep track of his own points. |
